Mgarrr ix-xini is a scuba diving site on the south of Gozo.It is a shallow dive in a valley.Entrance and exit are a bit slippery so it is recommended to hold your hands with the wall or bar going down.The dive is shallow,reaching maximum 12 metres on the far end.When one keeps to the right there are two caves one in the middle and the other at the end of the cliff.The outer cave is far out so one has to monitor air as it you are considering a 50-60 mins dive to do both caves.The bottom is sandy and care must be done not to murk the water by flipping in ther sand.

The main attractions during this dive are small rays and flying gournard photo.Although it is a shallow dive it is quite interesting,especially for beginners,photgraphy as well as a refresher dive.
